Klok is a free time management application that is designed to help us know the exact amount of time that we spend doing any computer projects, and how much time we take to do other things, so we can have a global idea of the effort spent.
We may have many projects opened as we like, even in just a small window (with the name of the project and a clock counter) on top of our currently project. It is very easy to save a project by just dragging it onto the "save" icon. This program lets us open current, past, or previous weekly timesheets, view the table that displays the name of each project and the time spent on each project. We are allowed to add comments, and/or save the timesheet as an Excel file, or import it directly to the Excel application (drag and drop).
In order to install this program we need to have the Adobe Air application installed. A minor disadvantage about this program is that the hours in the weekly time-sheet are written in grayish-colored fonts, which may be difficult to view on a black background. None of the fonts/colors can be edited. On the bright side, this application is delivered free of charge for personal use.
It is an accounting app that enables you to manage cash, invoices and payrolls.
